V. Product Forms – Bar & Pipe

1. Cast Lead Bronze Bar

  • Shapes: Round, square, hexagon

  • Size range: Solid bar diameters typically from 1/2 inch (12.7mm) up to 10 inches (254mm)

  • Supply forms: Continuous cast, centrifugally cast

2. Cast Lead Bronze Pipe / Hollow Bar

  • Shapes: Hollow tubes (often called hollow bar)

  • Size range: Common from 7/8" OD × 1/2" ID up to 12" OD × 10" ID

  • Continuous cast hollow bar: Min ID ~15mm, OD up to 300mm

  • Centrifugally cast pipe: OD up to 30 inches (762mm) or larger
